Our large format, roll to roll printers can print up to 1600mm wide and on flexible materials such as paper, self-adhesive vinyl, roller banner and pop-up material, fabric, canvas, PVC banner, external poster film, perforated window vinyl and lightbox film. These materials can go on to be eyeletted, stretched over wooden frames or wrapped onto foamex. A gloss or matt laminate can also be applied at the finishing stage.
UV flat bed printers print single or double-sided directly onto rigid substrates (normally supplied in sheets) like PVC foamex, aluminium composite (such as Dibond), card and acrylic. Its ink is cured by UV and the print is therefore very suitable for external uses. The print bed is a generous 1300mm x 2500mm and, because of its super accurate print capabilities, any graphics larger than this can be supplied in sections that match up seamlessly.
Complex shapes? Not complex for us. Our state of the art industrial router is capable of cutting shapes and lettering from all sorts of materials up to 50mm thick. This includes wood, foamex, acrylic and aluminium composite - which is great news for all sorts of signage and exhibition requirements. Our router can also cut & crease card to create folded point-of-sale materials and pre-production mock-ups.
